Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be longer. 

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive order confirmation and tracking information (if applicable). 

Delivery times and estimates may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand. 

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.

Lost, delayed or missing orders

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please note, that once your order has been handed to a courier, delivery delays are outside of our control. 

Incorrect addresses 

Customers are responsible or providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require additional postage costs before being resent.
