We want you yo love your order. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. 

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products, unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect. 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be approved before sending back

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty to incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos where possible 

Refunds

Once your return or issue has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. 

Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to be back in your account. 

Exchanges

WE currently do not offer exchanges. 

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch
